Craig has had the privilege of serving the Richmond community for several years. His ongoing commitment to learning allows him to share knowledge and assist individuals in achieving their personal goals, much like his educational journey.

He takes pleasure in working with today's youth and their families to nurture responsible global citizens. Craig is a Richmond, VA native, raised in Henrico County, and a 1991 graduate of Hermitage High School. He pursued his education at Virginia State University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (K-5) and a Master's degree in Education Administration and Supervision (Prek-12) and most recently a Doctorate of Education.

Craig's professional journey includes roles as an Instructional Assistant, educational tutor, instructor, and administrator across elementary levels in Henrico County, Richmond City Public Schools, and Chesterfield Public Schools.

Outside of his professional life, Craig enjoys spending quality time with his family, pursuing his passion for running, fitness, and motorcycle riding.

 A bit about my background, I am from the Caribbean Island of Jamaica, Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry. My Career path in Jamaica started in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing as an Analytical Chemist.  I later ventured into Medical Pharmaceutical Sales with Pfizer for several years before relocating to the United States.

My journey in insurance began with helping Patients gain access to quality Primary Care services at a Local Medical Facility in the Richmond Market, as a Member Development Manager.

This was a humbling experience, as before in pharmaceutical sales I was accustomed to educating Healthcare Professionals about the efficacy of Medications and the benefits to their patients. This time around, I was encountering Patients- which required active listening and much patience.

With a passion for helping people and my experience in Customer Service and the insurance industry, I am here to guide you through the complexities of insurance as a Licensed Broker, tailoring solutions that fit your budget and unique needs.

Agent Mayo is always dedicated to guiding clients through the intricate landscape of Medicare health insurance plans across 16 different states, offered by various providers. Following his college years, Keith served as a registered investment advisor for a span of several years, collaborating closely with clients on matters related to savings, insurance, and investments. He firmly believes that delivering exceptional service is on par with making a sale. Since 1993, Keith has held licenses including series 6 and 63 within the state of Virginia, along with a life and health license.

Before embarking on the provision of Medicare-based coverage under the United Healthcare banner in 2007, Keith contributed his efforts to multiple real estate ventures. Presently, he maintains a minor involvement in refinancing endeavors for numerous homeowners.

Lorna is a dedicated lover of God, family and people.  She has over 24 years of financial management experience and dedicates her life to improving the quality of life for others. She holds a dual bachelor’s degree from Gannon University.  She chose this educational path to fulfill a strong passion to help the disenfranchised. This fuels a drive to research and find the best possible solutions to whatever challenges she faces.  

It was this same passion that led her to begin homeschooling her children from early education through high school, which launched her further into a role utilizing the skills of teacher, counselor, nurse, principal, and advocate.

In addition to a love for traveling, she and her husband run a small food pantry. Lorna loves outdoor activities, from long walks to gardening.

Marilyn began serving people as an Insurance Producer with Property & Casualty, Health and Life Insurance 10 years ago. Later recognizing the need for people to better understand the many different aspects of health care, she became a Licensed Independent Insurance Broker specializing in Medicare, Medicaid, Individual, Dental, and Vision Insurance.

Marilyn graciously educates and listens intently to those interested in becoming knowledgeable of the various aspects of health care so they to make the best choice for themselves and their families.
